Founder Story
In 2021 Bam had just graduated abroad in Korea, full of hope and ambition. On her way to the most important job interview of her life, she reached the subway gate. She opened her bag to find her card, but it was buried beneath receipts, keys, lipstick. She found everything except the one thing she needed most. The train arrived. The train left. And with it, her dream job.
Back in Thailand, that moment stayed with her. She kept noticing the same struggle everywhere. Women digging through handbags that failed them when it mattered most.
The Inspiration
Her inspiration came from home. She had seen her mother switching endlessly between bags that never worked. Meanwhile, her grandmother carried the same bag for years. Light, organized, reliable. It wasn’t glamorous, but it never let her down.
Our Bag In The Making
Bam decided to start small. With her grandmother and a few friends in a northern Thai village they stitched the first designs at a kitchen table. Word spread. More people joined. What began as one woman’s frustration grew into a community of makers, each putting care into every bag.
By 2024 ROSALÍA was soft launched. Every customer, every review, every suggestion shaped the designs. Better compartments. Smarter zippers. More comfortable straps. Each bag became more functional, more thoughtful, and more personal.
Today ROSALÍA exists for one reason. To make sure no woman is ever let down by her bag in the moments that matter most.
